二、Brief description of the manufacturing process of FRP pipes:
- Clean the mold and it should be smooth and smooth; Wrap the polyester film around the surface of the mold for demoulding.
- Making lining layer:
On the mold, the resin with a certain proportion of catalyst and accelerator is used, and the ratio is controlled by the microcomputer and the resin is evenly sprayed on the surface of the mold. The short fiber fabric such as non-alkali glass fiber surface felt is used to strengthen the mold successively from the inside to the outside, and the bubble is removed with the net material to make the mold compact as a whole. Carry out lining curing.
- Production of winding layer, sand layer and outer protective layer
The designed process parameters were input into the computer, and the computer controlled the winding of the resin-impregnated alkali-free glass fiber yarn until the thickness of the inner winding layer. Then the circumferential sand inclusion operation is carried out, and the circumferential non-alkali fiber yarn and the sand-wrapping material with larger tension are compacted and wound until the designed sand inclusion layer thickness. The outer winding layer is made according to the specified thickness with the above inner winding process. The blank of pipe socket is manufactured synchronously with winding under the control of microcomputer.
- Dressing and demoulding:
After the pipe is cured, the double “O” groove is trimmed with the corresponding specifications of the sharpening knife, and the resin is evenly coated on its surface. At the same time, cut the blank of socket. When the resin on the double “O” groove solidifies and does not stick to hands, the pipe and mold are separated by a hydraulic stripper, and the middle part of the pipe is marked as required.
三、Product quality inspection shall be carried out according to the standards, including:
- Visual inspection of appearance, including: the inner surface is smooth and flat, without cracking, lamination, pinhole, impurity poor glue area and bubble that has an impact on the performance of the service. The tube end should be flat, without burr on the edge and no obvious defects on the outer surface.
- Size hardness test, items including: length deviation, socket size, wall thickness, Barnard hardness;
- Water pressure leakage test (batch test above DN1400).
- Mechanical property test (batch test)
四、Packing and shipping: Make steel brackets, package the pipe sockets with flexible materials in the factory, place the pipe products on the brackets, and put the steel brackets into containers; Send to port by sea to customer’s designated port.
