The corrugated fish farming tank mainly has two parts:
Outer frame:
Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets are pressed into corrugated (wave-shaped) sections. These modular sections are bolted together with double-row screws to form a sealed round frame. The corrugated shape resists water pressure well, reduces deformation, and supports high water levels.
Inner liner:
A PVC-coated waterproof canvas (knife-coated tarpaulin), usually 500gsm ~1200gsm 0.38 ~1.2 mm thick, is laid inside the frame. It is waterproof, UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant, cold-resistant, and aging-resistant.
Common specifications range from 3 to 20 meters in diameter and 0.95 to 2.8 meters in height, with custom sizes available upon request.
