liquid level valve, water level monitoring system and automatic cleaning system and self-cleaning sterilizer, the overflow pipe of the water
tank is connected with the drainage pipe valve of the water tank and insecticide-proof net, the water tank should have two ventilation pipes
with different heights (insecticide-proof net), and the water tank should be equipped with internal and external climbing ladder; water tank
has aqueduct, aqueduct commonly (life gives aqueduct, fire control gives aqueduct), overflow pipe, drainpipe, water tank differs according
to the function cent is life water tank, fire control water tank, production water tank, civil air defense water tank, household water tower 5
kinds, go up toilet flushing water tank and car water tank do not belong to water tank strictly.
Tank accessories
Inlet pipe
Water tank inlet pipe generally from the side wall access, can also be from the bottom or top access. When the water tank using pipe
network pressure into the water, the inlet pipe outlet should be equipped with floating ball valve or hydraulic valve. Float ball valves are
generally not less than 2. Float ball valve diameter and inlet pipe diameter is the same, each float ball valve should be installed in front
of the maintenance valve.
Outlet pipe
The water tank outlet pipe can be connected from the side wall or bottom. The bottom of the outlet pipe connected from the side wall
or the top surface of the outlet pipe outlet when connected from the bottom should be 50 mm higher than the bottom of the water tank.
The outlet pipe should be equipped with a gate valve. The inlet and outlet pipes of the water tank should be set separately. When the inlet
and outlet pipes are the same pipe, check valves should be installed on the outlet pipe. When the check valve needs to be installed, the swing
check valve with less resistance should be adopted instead of the lifting check valve, and the elevation should be more than 1m below the lowest
water level of the water tank. When living and fire fighting share a water tank, the check valve on the fire outlet pipe should be at least 2m lower
than the top of the siphon pipe of the life outlet (when lower than this top, the vacuum of the siphon is destroyed, so that only water can flow
out of the fire outlet pipe), so that it has a certain pressure to push the check valve. When a fire breaks out, the fire reserve water really comes
into play.
The overflow tube
The water tank overflow pipe can be connected from the side wall or the bottom, and its diameter is determined according to the
maximum inflow flow of the discharge tank, and it should be 1-2 larger than the inlet pipe. No valve shall be installed on the overflow
line. The overflow pipe shall not be directly connected with the drainage system, but must be used for indirect drainage. Measures should
be taken on the overflow pipe to prevent positive dust, insects, mosquitoes and flies from entering, such as setting water seal and filter screen.
Drain pipe
Water tank drain pipe should be connected from the bottom of the lowest. Drain pipe Figure 2-2N Water tank for fire and living station is

Diameter of drainage pipe in the absence of special requirements, the pipe diameter is generally DN50.
Vent
The water tank for drinking water shall be provided with a sealed box cover, on which access holes and ventilation pipes shall be provided.
Ventilation tube can be extended to indoor or outdoor, but not to harmful gas, pipe mouth should be prevented from dust, insects and flies
into the screen, generally should be set down the pipe mouth. Ventilation pipe shall not be installed with valves, water seals and other devices
that interfere with ventilation. Ventilation ducts shall not be connected to drainage systems and ventilation ducts. Vent pipe diameter DN50 is
generally used.
Level gauge
Generally, a glass level gauge should be installed on the side wall of the water tank to indicate the water level on the spot. When the length
of one level gauge is not enough, two or more level gauges can be installed up and down. The overlap of two adjacent level gauges should
not be less than 70 mm, as shown in Figure 2-22. If the water tank is not equipped with liquid level signal timing, signal pipe can be set to give
the overflow signal. The signal tube is generally connected from the side wall of the water tank, and the setting height should make the bottom
of the tube flush with the bottom of the overflow tube or the overflow surface of the bell mouth. The diameter of the pipe is generally DNl5 signal
pipe, which can be connected to the washbasin and washing basin in the room where there are often people on duty. If the liquid level of the water
tank is linked to the water pump, the level relay or signal device is installed on the side wall or top cover of the water tank. The commonly used level
relay or signal device has floating ball type, rod type, capacitor type and floating level type. The high and low electric water level of the water tank of
water pump pressure inlet should be considered to maintain a certain safety volume, the highest electric water level of pump stop should be 100 mm
lower than the overflow water level, and the lowest electric water level of pump start should be 20mm higher than the lowest design water level, so as
to avoid overflow or empty due to error.

Give tank weld, material
The following is prepared according to the technical parameters of HQF stamping stainless steel plate water tank produced by a company.
The water tank and its accessories are made of ordinary carbon steel plate and type steel, and welded with E43XX type welding rod. The quality
should respectively meet the provisions of the current standard “Carbon structural Steel” and “carbon steel electrode”.
Butt welding is used for the steel plate splicing of the top, wall and bottom of the box (the top plate is i-type weld, and the bottom plate and side
wall are V-type welds). Other welds are fillet welds. No cross between welds is allowed, and no overlap with the reinforcement aid is allowed.
Experiment with water
After the water tank is made, the water tank will be fully filled with water, after 2~3 hours, with a weight of 0.5~1.5 kg of hammer lead along the weld
side of about 150 mm place, water leakage is qualified. If any leakage is found, it is necessary to re-weld and carry out the experiment.
