  1. Reviewing the basic dimensions, calibrating the basic level

Step 1 ::Make foundation and sand pad

1.1- Choose a flat surface: Make sure the surface is flat, solid and well-drained to avoid uneven force or water accumulation at the bottom of the pool.

1.2- Reserve space: Leave enough space around the pool for operation and maintenance.

1.3- Check the foundation: Depending on the capacity of the pool, you may need to lay a concrete foundation or compact the soil to provide stable support.

Step 2 ::Pre-buried drain and pipes

2.1- Measurement and positioning

Use a level and tape measure to accurately measure the position of the drain.

2.2- Digging groove

Dig trenches according to pipeline diameter and burial depth requirements, ensuring that the bottom of the trench is flat and has a certain slope (usually 0.5%-1%).

2.3- Lay pipes

Lay pipes according to design requirements and ensure that the slope of pipes meets drainage standards.

Step 3 ::Connect corrugated galvanized steel plate

3.1-Assemble the first circle of corrugated sheets:

Join the corrugated sheets in the order of their numbers and fix them to the base plate with bolts and gaskets.

Use sealing strips to fill the gap between the corrugated sheets and the base plate to ensure waterproofing.

3.2-Stack the corrugated sheets layer by layer:

After each circle of corrugated sheets is installed, continue to stack the next circle upwards.

Use bolts to firmly connect adjacent corrugated sheets and apply sealant to the joints.

Step 4 ::Install liner PVC sheet

The liner sheet acts as a protective barrier between the water and the metal tank, preventing corrosion and contamination.

4.1- Position the Liner Sheet:

Carefully lower the liner into the tank, ensuring it covers all interior surfaces, including the base and walls.

Avoid stretching the liner excessively; allow natural folds where necessary.

4.2- Secure the Liner at the Edges:

Use clamps or adhesive strips provided by the manufacturer to secure the liner around the top edge of the tank.

Ensure there are no loose edges that could trap water or cause leaks

Step 5 ::Install bottom drain

5.1- Cut holes: the tank does not already have a pre-drilled hole, carefully cut one using a hole saw or similar tool. Ensure the hole matches the size of the drain fitting.

5.2- Install drain: Connect the drain to the hole of pre-buried drain pipes.

Step 6 ::Install the top roof cover

Fit Roof Sections: Attach the roof sections to the top of the walls, ensuring they are properly aligned.

Secure Connections: Bolt or screw the roof securely to the wall panels.

Step 7 ::Install and connect pipes

6.1- Inlet and Outlet Pipes: Install pipes for water entry and exit, ensuring they are correctly positioned and sealed.

6.2- Overflow and Drain: Add overflow and drain pipes as necessary.
