The manufacture process of GRP water tank are method of SMC mould pressing technology, The main component of water tanks are GRP panels, The panels made by material of fiberglass reinforced plastic, it consist mainly fiberglass and resin, it is hydraulically hot pressed into panels of varying size. The panels are assemble by bolts & nuts, Seal components, steel instruction parts, suitable pipes etc.
Produce FRP panel sheet
mix the raw material resin, then produce the FRP sheet with sheet production machine
Sheet solidify
After finish the FRP sheet production, wait it solidity.
Weight and mould pressing
According the different dimension of water tank panel, then weight the sheet with right weight accordingly, then put the sheet to the molding machine. Press it to shape of water tank request.
Demolding and trim
Demolding the water tank panel from the press machine. Then do the trim step.
Punching
Do the punching step according the the water tank dimension and thickness.
Inspection
Inspect the finish water tank panel, any problem, Repair or put in Waste area
Finish and stock
After inspection work, put all the qualified panel to the right warehouse area. Wait the delivery time and loading out.
