Q2: One mold produce different mesh sizes or heights?
❌ No. Each mold is fixed to a specific mesh size and height. To change specifications, additional molds are required. both mesh size and height can’t be change with 1 mold.
Q3: One mold produce different panel sizes?
- Panels larger than the mold size: ❌ No.
- Panels smaller than the mold size: ✅ Yes (adjustments via cutting are possible or produce small directly)
Q4: Why are accessories needed? When can they be omitted?
- New customers: Must purchase essential accessories (e.g., hydraulic pump, resin mixer) for full functionality.
- Existing factories: If you already own compatible equipment, only the mold needs to be purchased.

Training
* Buyer can send engineer to our company to study the process of production of frp gratings,
* Supplier send engineers to customer side to guide install operate & maintenance machine, run out first
samples Normal will take about 1-2 weeks. The cost of engineer’s salary 100-120USD/person/day, round-trip
ticket, food & accommodation should be paid by buy’s side . Seller shall provide all necessary instruction, including
that relating to the theory and design of the plant.
The know-how documents shall include:
1)All technology of production process of FRP grating.
2) Relevant use of the machine.
3)The training of buyer’s workers and engineers in buyer’s plant.
4)The layout, operation instruction of the machine.
5)A full description of the raw materials list for the FRP grating
6)The supply of all the technological improvements developed by the seller.
7)It is forbidden for the buyer to offer the documents, drawing and process descriptions supplied by the seller to
any third party. And it is forbidden for the buyer to copy the equipment (except the mould or what being agreed
by both parties)sold by the seller.
Warning
Before use the new mold clean up oil stains and other dirt inside the mold.Before use the mold please check if the
screws loose or not. If loose, please fasten in time.Keep the mold slide adequate oil, prohibit knocking the I beam
steel with hammer. Spray the demoulding agent three times, spray the agent after curing the last spray.After producing
3-4 grating sheets spray the demolding agent to the mold. Produce after the agent drying. In the following production
please spray the demolding agent periodically according to the actual conditions.
Maintenance
The supplier will be provide free repair service during the warranty period, if the problem is cased by the machine
manufacturing, installation. Supplier can provide long -terms after sales maintenance service guide. Workers need to check
the oil, hydraulic, heating and other equipment timely. The maintenance method should be provide by seller for reference.
If any difficult problem can not be settled by buyer, seller should send technicians to repair machines in buyer’s local.
