Installation step of FRP water tank

Step One

Level the surface of the cement foundation first, so that it is on the same plane, and the error should
not exceed ±0.5cm.

Step Two

Welding channel steel: The channel steel is welded according to the size of the water tank, and its size
is consistent with the size of the bottom of the water tank. After the channel steel is welded, measure
the size diagonally, the error is ±0.5cm, and all the welds should be connected evenly and the row seams
should be consistent.

Step Three

Install the bottom plate: Arrange and connect the bottom plate of the water tank according to the
printing number and instructions on the single plate of the water tank, and add a sealing strip between
the two single plates, and connect them with ￠10 bolts. Make the bottom plate tightly sealed. When
the bolts are applied, the force shall be applied evenly at one time. Each bolt shall be applied 3-4 times.
Do not apply too much force at one time, otherwise the plate will be cracked due to uneven force.

Step Four

A fixed angle iron is used to connect the bottom plate and the channel steel to make the water tank
body more firmly fixed on the channel steel foundation.

Step Five

Install each state: According to the printed number and description on the single board of the water tank,
find out the state number of each layer of the water tank body, separate it in advance, and assemble the
state body with bolts. Put the water tank board upright and align it so that the top board and the bottom
board form a 90-degree angle, and add a sealing strip and tighten the bolts.

Step Six

Install the inner brace: According to the size of the water tank, find the number and length of the inner
brace. Use the lacing plate to measure the tightening position of the lacing bars, drawing, punching, upper
aligning and tightening, so that there is a large error between the lacing bars. The error size can be adjusted
by adjusting the degree of bolt tightening until the Adjust the error to the minimum.

Step Seven

Install the cover: finally install the top cover of the water tank, evenly tighten the bolts, and do not use
too much force or too little. After adjusting all the fasteners of the water tank, open the holes according
to the drawings, open the water pipes, and install the flanges to connect the valves.

Step Eight

After all the water tanks are installed, perform a unified inspection and adjustment, and the test water
does not leak as qualified.
