Introduction

FRP Molded Grating Machine is used for making different kinds of FRP(fiberglass reinforce plastic) molded gratings, commonly used mesh size include 38*38*H25, 38*38*H30, 38*38*H38, and also can make customized dimensions according to request. The mold block made by S45C steel, and the top plate use material of S45C with thickness 14mm,and other support steel structure with steel grade Q235C, the block dimension tolerance will be control within +-0.1mm.

FRP grating machine complete production line main contains 3 parts:

1.FRP grating mold (different size mold can produce different size gratings)

2.Heating & cooling system (FRP grating made by resin and yarn etc, the resin become solidified with the temperature increase, so need hot water supply to mold, and after solid, it need to be cooling down, then realease from the mold)

3.Accessory equipment (such as mixer, mixer tank, water pump etc)

FRP grating mold mainly include 5 components:

Mold bottom steel frame systerms
Ejector pin de-molding system
Surface plate and block molding systerm
Power supply systern, hydraulic pump
Copper water pipe systerms

Note: The grating size can be adjusted by change the mold size.
