Before you buy this machine, firstly, you should know what size of FRP grating you want to produce, each FRP mold can produce only one size(mesh&panel)
Mesh size:
Normal size are 38*38mm/50*50mm
Mesh Height:
Normal size are 25mm/ 30mm/38mm/50mm/ 65mm
Panel size(Width x Length):
Normal size are 1220*3660mm/1220*2440mm /1220*4000mm /1000*4000mm
We also provide customized dimension of FRP grating mold to meet all customer’s requirements.
Only need FRP grating mold or with full set of auxiliary equipment?
Because some of auxiliary equipment can be match lot set of FRP grating mold, so if it is the first time you set up FRP grating factory, then you need to purchase full set of FRP grating machine with auxiliary equipment, if you are not new producer, and has factory now, maybe you only need to add some size FRP mold or any of the auxiliary equipment.

FRP grating machine introduction
FRP grating machine is used for making different kinds of FRP(fiberglass reinforce plastic) molded gratings, commonly used mesh size include 38*38*H25, 38*38*H30, 38*38*H38, and also can make customized dimensions according to request. The mold block made by S45C steel, and the top plate use material of S45C with thickness 14mm,and other support steel structure with steel grade Q235C, the block dimension tolerance will be control within +-0.1mm.
FRP grating machine complete production line main contains 3 parts:
1.FRP grating mold (different size mold can produce different size gratings)
2.Heating & cooling system (FRP grating made by resin and yarn etc, the resin become solidified with the temperature increase, so need hot water supply to mold, and after solid, it need to be cooling down, then realease from the mold)
3.Accessory equipment (such as mixer, mixer tank, water pump etc)
FRP grating mold mainly include 5 components:

Ejector pin de-molding system
Surface plate and block molding systerm
Power supply systern, hydraulic pump

Note: The grating size can be adjusted by change the mold size.

Characteristics of molded of FRP grating machine
1. Ejector rod lifting device is two cylinder to parallel advance, smooth, no waving.
2. Stripping plate and stripping beam adopt elasticity connection, go up and down is parallel and steady.
3. The module using delicate S45C steel, grinding, polishing and the surface is plating.It has antiseptic function,smooth and easy to demould.
4. Ejector rod can go up and down along with lifting device, easy to change and easy maintenance.
5. Ejector rod is made from steel parts grinding, surface smooth, firmness and wear resistance.

7. Mould temperature rise and drop are achieved by rectangular copper pipe, which have large contact area with template, temperature rise and drop fast, and it can heat the mould top surface. In terms of the four borders of the mould,it is anti-corrosion and durable.Joint adopt stainless soft joint,joint destuffing is convenience,anti-corrosion and durable.
8. hot and cold water injection use high-powered water pump ,pipe connections in parallel,so the heating and cooling speed are both fast.
9. there is protective equipment on the mould to avoid the resin leakage.
10. The mould adpot the screw on the bottom to lockup,it is easy to adjust and change.

EXW – Ex-Works or Ex-Warehouse
Shipping under EXW makes it the supplier’s responsibility only to get the goods ready for dispatch. From then on, the freight forwarder is responsible for receiving the assets and make sure they are cleared, loaded onto the cargo vessel, and delivered to their final destination.
FOB – Free on Board
With FOB, the supplier has to get your goods aboard the vessel. Once the goods are loaded, the supplier is no more responsible for them. The freight forwarder should handle them thereupon, until delivery.
CIF – Cost, Insurance, and Freight
When shipping under CIF, the seller loads the goods on the vessel, upon which the risk of any loss or damage passes, just like in FOB. Additionally, in CIF, the seller covers all freight costs until the goods arrive at your destination port. The seller also has to insure the goods to cover the risk of damage during carriage.
Shipping Methods We Can Choose
Shipping by sea (Full containers)
It is the best solution, but the quantity is need to full of one container (Volume more than 28m³ or Weight more than 25tons)
Shipping by sea (Less than containers)
If the quantity is less than 1 containers, and both volume and weight is less, then we can consider LCL loading, so can reduce the shipping cost.
Shipping by sea (Bulk vessel)
When the machine width, height or length is more bigger than container size, then can not put into container, when this situation coming, we should consider bulk vessel. But bulk vessel has a disadvantage, departure time always delay.
