The FRP grating mold mainly use hot and cold water to solidfy the resin, so heating water and cooling water systerm is a important party of hole production line, the hot water that FRP grating need 45℃ – 55℃. cold water need around 30℃.

FRP Grid Mold mainly include 5 components:

Mold bottom steel frame systerms

Ejector pin de-molding system

Surface plate and block molding systerm

Power supply systern, hydraulic pump

Copper water pipe systerms

At bottom of FRP grating mold, there has lots of copper pipe, the water will be flow through all the copper pipe. it request clearn water to keep the machine more long use life.
