Installation Step
Step 1. Make a concrete foundations& install the C-chanel base of water tank
Step 2. Adjust the SMC panels to prepare the assemble of water tank.
Step 3. Install the sealing belt the gap of GRP panels.
Step 4. Connect sectional panels with bolts and nuts.
Step 5. Position the 4 sides of the GRP water tanks.
Step 6. Fix roof cover GRP panels.
Step 7. Install reinforcement if required.
Step 8. Close up the tank with thefourth side.
Step 9. Finish the internal & externalreinforcement.

How to make the insulation layer
for GRP water tanks?
The insulation layer of the GRP water tank is made of polyurethane foam composite color steel plate with a thermal conductivity of 0.022-0.027W/(m·K), and the bottom is made of high-efficiency materials such as rubber and plastic insulation board with a thermal conductivity of 0.034-0.038W/(m·K). The thickness of the insulation layer is 5CM. These insulation materials have excellent insulation performance. It can effectively maintain the water temperature in the water tank, reduce heat loss, and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
