When demoulding, you should try to avoid directly hitting the molding surface. Do not use it temporarily. The mold should be placed flat. No heavy objects or debris should be placed on it to avoid the intrusion of harmful media. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is best to put a protective layer of glass fiber reinforced plastic on it to protect the surface of the mold from damage or cover. Protect it with plastic film, and do not stack the molds in the open air to avoid degeneration and damage. If the damage is serious and the appearance, dimensions and other requirements of the product are still not met after repair, such FRP pultrusion equipment can no longer be used. If you continue to use it, it will be scrapped.

Description of FRP pultrusion machine
FRP pultrusion machine is auto PLC controlling with stable performance and high automation, The machine can produce various FRP(including Glass fiber and Basalt fiber) Pultrusion Profiles such as square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, angles, I-shapes, channel, rod, and rod fiberglass pultruded profile . The line consists of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and control system.
Due to the pultrusion machines continuous production, which oil temperature should be high. the machine must be cooling controlled. in the aspect of cooling system, there are water cooling syetem and wind cooling system. The cutting machine power is supplied by a hydraulic control system. Which running speed more smoothly and the cutting power is bigger.
