Working principle of hydraulic pultrusion machine:
After the FRP raw materials are heated and formed in the mold, two clamping and pulling gantry operations are used to pull them out continuously to obtain the required various FRP profiles.
The components of the hydraulic pultrusion machine include: the hydraulic pultrusion machine consists of three parts: mechanical, hydraulic and electrical. The mechanical part consists of a heating frame, a frame and two clamping gantry; the hydraulic part consists of two independent hydraulic systems, which respectively consist of an oil pump, a clamping cylinder, a thrust cylinder, an integrated valve block, a speed regulating valve, and an oil filter. It is composed of valves, oil filters, coolers and oil tanks; the electrical part includes heaters, thermostats, motors, control boxes, etc.
Working principle of crawler pultrusion machine:
The crawler pultrusion machine is composed of crawler clamping and traction device, electric heating device and other components. The power part of this machine adopts chain drive, and has the characteristics of stepless adjustment of traction speed and stable operation. It is an ideal pultrusion equipment for tent poles and small fiberglass profiles.
The characteristics of the crawler-type FRP pultrusion equipment are designed for small cross-sections and hollow profiles, with smooth and reliable operation and significant energy saving effects. The unique mold frame design can realize three-dimensional adjustment during the production process and the effective compression length is up to 4 meters, which is beneficial to thin-walled hollow walls. Profile production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene chain guide rails, which are wear-resistant and protect products from contamination. The integral retractable traction frame is easy to adjust and effectively ensures that the traction force is in the same direction as the product. The main electrical components are from international high-end brands, with high sensitivity and low failure rate.

The pultrusion process was studied as early as 1948. It was first registered and patented in the United States in 1951. It was only in the early 1970s that it truly entered the field of structural materials. After that, the pultrusion process became a widely used process technology and gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society. With the improvement of raw materials and equipment manufacturing levels, many key technologies of the pultrusion process have made major breakthroughs and achieved rapid development.
