You should always observe whether the operation status of each part is normal, regularly check whether the motors, electrical control devices, and electrical components of each device comply with the regulations, whether the sound and heat are abnormal, whether the contactors, relays and other components operate normally, whether the contact contacts are good, and whether the mechanical connections are normal. Whether the lock is reliable, whether the limit switches of each mechanism operate normally and in the correct position, and whether the various master switches on the console are effective.
Therefore, operators should:
1. Operators should undergo relevant training and read relevant technical information in detail.
2. Wear parts should be replaced regularly.
3. Electrical equipment should be maintained regularly.
4. Special fire extinguishing equipment should be installed near the electrical control device and should be replaced regularly.
5. When the working oil temperature exceeds 60℃, the machine should be shut down for cooling. The normal working temperature is 15–55℃.
6. When starting the oil pump for the first time, the pump body should be filled with oil. When starting the oil pump in winter, if the oil temperature is below 15°C, it should be preheated first.
7. The working voltage should be kept stable to prevent electromagnets and other electrical components from burning out.
8. When the operating temperature of the cooling water is below 25°C and the cooler is not used in winter, the scale should be cleaned and the stored water should be drained.
