1.Operators
Operators of FRP pultrusion machine should have relevant operating experience, have certain usage capabilities, and perform maintenance according to the performance of the equipment. Regularly check the operating status of each part and whether the motors, electrical control devices and electrical components of each device comply with regulations. Regularly lubricate the machine and master the lubrication method, so that the production efficiency of the FRP pultrusion equipment can be effectively improved, and at the same time, malfunctions caused during the lubrication process can be avoided.
2.When using
When using FRP pultrusion equipment, be sure to handle it with care, and the molding surface must not come into contact with sharp objects. Avoid impact with hard objects such as iron. Try to avoid directly hitting the molding surface when demoulding. Molds that are not in use temporarily should be placed flat. When you first start using the machine, you should pay attention to the fact that the oil pump of the machine should be filled with oil when it is first started. When starting the oil pump in winter, it must be preheated. When the operating oil temperature of the machine is too high, it must be stopped in time for cooling.
3.replace parts
Regularly replace the machine’s wearing parts and fire extinguishing equipment to maintain the stability of the working voltage and prevent electromagnets and other electrical components from burning out. For equipment that has not been used for a long time, put a layer of fiberglass protective layer on it to protect the surface of the machine from damage or cover it with a plastic film to protect it.
4.Products processed
Products processed at one time need to stop processing in time and clean the mold and resin tank. High and ultra-high temperatures are a danger signal. If the surface of the FRP product is accidentally cracked, the temperature should be lowered in time and the pultrusion speed should be increased. In the event of power outage, water outage or equipment failure, the iron galvanized rod core should be withdrawn from the mold sleeve. In addition, after using the fiberglass pultrusion machine, the iron frame and mold should be cleaned for next use. Check that the power supply, water supply, air supply and various components are turned off when leaving the production workshop.
